Brenda grew up in Greeneville, TN but moved to Johnson City when she married Jim in 1977 and has called Gray home for the last 40 years. She was in office management for the first part of her career moving into accounting & bookkeeping for the past 33 years until she “retired” in September of 2025. After enjoying some time off, she felt the need to be productive in some way especially in serving God. Prayers led her to the opening at HTLC. She and Jim are active in animal rescue and, when she’s not working, she’s at home taking care of their many pets. Fun fact: Her first job out of high school was as the secretary at Reformation Lutheran Church in Greeneville.
